The Carlton Junior Academy

In 2022, Ofsted said The Carlton Junior Academy ‘continues to be a good school’, with enough evidence of improved performance to suggest it could be outstanding. 

Our ‘take care’ values, encompassed through ‘we grow greatness’, complement the Redhill Academy Trust core purpose, securing excellent outcomes for our children through high expectations and outstanding teaching and learning. We also pride ourselves on widening experiences through a diverse range of clubs and educational visits. 

Our school was built on the site of an old orchard, which is why we chose a tree, as our emblem.

In 2021 the school was designated by the DfE as the lead school attached to Redhill Teaching Hub.
