Facilitator training
Operational Middle Leadership Programme
The Operational Middle Leadership Programme aims to develop the leadership, ambition and knowledge of Operational Staff wishing to take steps into leadership and management.
Delegates commit to attending all five sessions in this programme, which will take place within one Performance Management cycle. There will be tasks to complete in advance to help delegates prepare for each session and the opportunity for ongoing discussion in between sessions.
National College
