Trust Priority List

The 'Trust Priority List' is an opportunity for high quality trainee teachers (and experienced staff) to secure a teaching post at one of The Redhill Academy Trust schools in one easy step. Successful Trust Priority List applicants are automatically guaranteed an interview for any relevant vacancy at a Trust school until the end of the academic year. This means not having to keep an eye out for vacancies at any Trust school - you are automatically matched. It also means that just one application form needs to be completed regardless of how may interviews across the Trust a successful applicant is invited to.

Your letter of application (section 6) should:

  • Include why you're interested in applying for a role within The Redhill Academy Trust
  • Detail your previous experiences and reflections on these
  • Capture who you are and your approach to education.
